You can express your concern to your Member of Parliament with a letter..

Although email is quick and easy, more attention is given to handwritten letters.  Letters addressed to your MP at his or her parliamentary address require no postage.

Tips:

  • Be polite and respectful

  • Address your MP by their proper title

  • Avoid discussing the issue from a religious perspective

  • If sending a handwritten letter, use a blue pen.

  • Keep your letter short, 3 or 4 paragraphs at most.
